CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is thoughtfully reserved just for you. To provide every guest with the best experience and to respect the time set aside for each service, I kindly ask that any appointment changes be made as early as possible. 48+ Hours Notice Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without a fee. Less Than 48 Hours Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Less Than 24 Hours / Same-Day Cancellation Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will be subject to 100% of the scheduled service. No-Shows No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require prepayment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full service. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may require the service to be adjusted or rescheduled. If there is not enough time to safely complete the scheduled service, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation. Card on File A valid card is required to secure all appointments. By booking, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy and authorize applicable fees. I completely understand that unexpected situations happen. Exceptions may be considered at my discretion.
